WalkQuest is designed so Nawa Europe does not collect personal data from the app. There is no account, advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
1. App data
The app processes the following only on your device: Completed challenge identifiers and totals. With permission, step count is read during the active quest but not uploaded. This information is used solely to provide the app's features. Nawa Europe does not receive it.
2. Permissions and system services
If a feature asks for an Apple system permission, iOS displays the request and you may decline it. The app remains usable to the extent described in the permission screen. Apple may separately process App Store purchases, crash diagnostics you choose to share with Apple, and platform information under Apple's privacy policies.
3. Website information
This static website uses no analytics, advertising pixels, user accounts, or non-essential cookies. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and request metadata in standard server logs to deliver and secure the website. These logs are not used by Nawa Europe for behavioral advertising.
4. Data sharing and sale
Nawa Europe does not sell personal information and does not share app data with data brokers, advertisers, or analytics providers. Because app data remains on your device, we cannot view, export, or recover it.
5. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you remove entries using available app controls or delete the app. Deleting the app removes its private local container, subject to any device backups managed by you or Apple. Website server-log retention is governed by operational security needs and hosting configuration.
6. Children
WalkQuest is a general-audience product and is not directed to children under 13. Nawa Europe does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR. As Nawa Europe does not receive app entries, there is ordinarily no app dataset held by us to access or erase. Questions about website logs or this policy may be sent to the address below.
8. Security and changes
Keeping app data on-device reduces exposure, but no device is risk-free. Protect your device with a passcode and current software. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
